Terms & Conditions
1- DEPOSIT. A deposit of 20% is required at time of booking.
2 - SECURITY DEPOSIT. A refundable security deposit of £150.00 is required with payment of final balance to cover any loss or damage while staying in the house. This will be returned in full 14 days after your departure from the house, providing that no loss or damage is reported from our Management company. Should any loss/damage occur, a deduction will be made to the amount of replacement/repair and the balance returned to you. However we will require full reimbursement for any costs in excess of £150.00. Fair wear and tear will be accepted, minor breakages will not be deductible.
3 - BALANCE. The balance is due 10 weeks prior to your arrival. Bookings made within 10 weeks are payable in full at the time of booking. The owners reserve the right to cancel the booking if payment is not received by the due date.
4 - CANCELLATION CHARGES. You may cancel the booking at any time. Every effort will be made to re-book your dates, but i.e. we are unable to do so, the following cancellation charges will apply;
More that 10 weeks, Deposit + 20% of the total cost
Between 6 and 10 weeks Deposit + 50% of total cost
between 4 and 6 weeks deposit + 75% of the total cost
4 weeks or less Deposit + 100% of the cost
5 - ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE
The rental commences at 15.00 on the day of arrival and ceases at 11.00 on the day of departure. Late check out may sometimes be available at the owners discretion, but a charge of $50.00 may be applied. The property is cleaned before your arrival and again on your departure, but we please ask that you leave the house in tidy condition. Rentals are inclusive of electricity, water and local taxes.
6 - FORCE MAJEURE. We, the owners, or our agents do not accept responsibility or liability occasioned by strikes, riots, political unrest, hostilities, war or threat of war, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, fire flood, technical weather problems to transport, aircraft grounding, closure of airports or ports, weather conditions, or any other event beyond our control.
7 - LIABILITY - The owners or their agents do not accept liability whatsoever for death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal effects, however caused. We would like to remind our guests to supervise children near the pool security screen is available at the villa to stop the little ones falling in.
8 - INVENTORY - No items may be removed from the house. This includes linens and towels.
Please report any breakage or damage to the management company.
9 - HOUSE RULES. For the comfort of all our guests please note that our Florida villa is a non-smoking home and no pets are allowed.
Smoking is allowed outside decking areas, please discard of ash and cigarettes responsibly. (use ashtrays provided)
